COVID-19 Virus: Guest Information
Following government advice, we confirm that we are closed until further notice.
We are now accepting online bookings from July 4th 2020 through to the end of 2021.
Note that any bookings made will be transferred if government regulations prevent us from opening at the time of your holiday.
If you have a booking which has been postponed due to COVID-19 DO NOT MAKE A NEW BOOKING ONLINE. Instead, email firstname.lastname@example.org with your booking reference, old dates and new dates and we will get back to you.
As we are currently closed, we are only taking phone calls between 2pm and 4pm each day.
We look forward to seeing you again soon.
Can I My Amend Booking?
You do not need to contact us, we will contact you.
When contacted, you may amend your booking to any time up to 12 months after travel restrictions are lifted, without incurring an administration charge. Amendments are subject to availability on your preferred dates. If your preferred dates are not on a 'like for like' basis it may become necessary to re-calculate the price of your holiday.
Your travel insurer or credit card provider may re-imburse you the full amount of the cancellation. We we will provide documentation to support your claim, free of charge, on request.
